Akhilesh Shukla

Akhilesh Shukla is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in technical team leadership and operations management. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Team Lead at IT BY DESIGN since August 2021, Akhilesh oversees a team of more than four individuals and is involved in global support for end-user systems and applications. Prior roles include Technical Team Lead in Service Delivery at RMS, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT Service Desk operations and NOC service operations from December 2018 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Analyst at Markit, specializing in incident management and identity access management from April 2015 to November 2018, and as an IT Administrator at Wipro Technologies, where duties included incident response and the administration of Active Directory from December 2009 to April 2015. Akhilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from RGTU Bhopal and completed education at Jindal Public School, Delhi.
