Anna Kholmohorova is an experienced Business Analyst at IT SmartFlex, with expertise in requirements management, stakeholder communication, and API integration. Previously, Anna held roles as an Account Manager at Bolt, where responsibilities included cross-functional collaboration and performance metrics analysis, as well as positions in merchant operations and operations coordination. Additional experience includes account management at Admitad Projects, sales management at CORAL TRAVEL UKRAINE, and tourism management at MAKiNTOUR. Anna is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy, following a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Державний торговельно-економічний університет.
