Yevgeniy Antonov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and process improvement across various roles in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at IT SmartFlex since June 2022, Yevgeniy is responsible for coordinating project implementations and managing teams. Previously, Yevgeniy held the position of COO at Dots Platform, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and preparing the organization for continuous improvement. Yevgeniy's background includes significant roles such as Chief Process & Innovation Officer at JEVERA, where the emphasis was on optimizing delivery processes and identifying areas for improvement. Additional experience encompasses leadership as a Business Analyst Lead, IT Business Analyst, and teaching various technical courses at the Slavutych branch of the National Technical University of Ukraine. Yevgeniy holds a diploma in engineering from Taras Shevchenko National University and various certifications in agile methodologies.
