Mihaela Rosoha

Mihaela Rosoha is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at IT Vizion since February 2024. Previously, Mihaela held various roles at Unifiedpost Group, including Business Analyst/Product Owner and Senior Support Analyst, where responsibilities included debugging, service quality monitoring, candidate evaluation, and mentoring. Earlier experiences at IT Vizion involved leading a support team while managing operations and training initiatives. Mihaela began a career as a Database Operator at The National Trade Register Office and has additional experience in administration and customer service.
