Shari Nordhagen

Shari Nordhagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at ITA Group, Inc. since July 2021, Shari had previously held the position of Senior Operations Project Manager at Mercer from 2013 to July 2021. Shari's earlier roles include Customer Service Domain Manager at Aon Hewitt and Project Manager/Consultant at Businessolver and Hewitt Associates, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of Client Service Centers and managing projects for speech recognition systems. Shari holds an MBA from Drake University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Bradley University.
