Past roles include managerial positions at Rail Delivery Group and ATOC, focusing on customer information strategies, as well as leadership in technology strategy for MTR Corporation and DB Regio. Nick's diverse background also includes directorial roles at HiSoftware and Customer Innovation Ltd. Educational achievements include an MA from the University of Leicester, a Master’s in Information Management from Loughborough University, and a BA in Humanities from Nottingham Trent University.
