Richard Tice, PMP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity at ITC Holdings Corp. since November 2011. Prior roles at ITC Holdings Corp. include Manager of IT Infrastructure, Manager of Customer Service Delivery, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Project Manager and IT Team Lead at CIBER, Inc., from July 2002 to November 2011, and also served as an IT Team Lead at Decision Consultants, Inc. from September 1997 to July 2002. Early in Richard's career, a role as a Systems Engineer at EDS from June 1990 to September 1997 provided a strong technical foundation. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University.
