Anurag Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations excellence and business optimization. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Operations Excellence at ITC Infotech since January 2020, Anurag focuses on systems and process development aimed at enhancing predictability and profitability. Previously, Anurag held the position of Vice President - CEO Office at NIIT Technologies Limited, where responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies. Anurag's career also includes significant roles at Infosys, spanning nearly two decades in various management positions, engaging in strategy, planning, operations, and financial analysis. Anurag began a career in software and management with initial roles at SUVI and SAIL. Anurag holds a PGDM in Finance, System, and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from SGSITS Indore.
