Siva S Kotthapalli

Siva Kotthapalli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and product development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Digital Engineering at HCL Technologies, Siva has previously held significant leadership roles, including Head of the Gurgaon Development Center at Amdocs and responsibilities in the Products & Solutions division at Reliance Communications. Prior to these roles, Siva led the Product Engineering Business Unit at Infosys Technologies in Hyderabad and has held various positions ranging from Manager to Consultant to Engineer. Siva holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has pursued doctoral studies as a Research Scholar at XLRI Jamshedpur in the Executive Fellow Program in Management.
