Christopher Gabriel

Christopher Gabriel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager and Head of Product Development, Process Innovation, and Technology at ITC Limited since March 2015, Christopher leads initiatives in the Hot Beverage Category and champions innovative projects across various teams. Previously, as Global Liquid Food Technical Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Christopher was instrumental in commercializing numerous brands and overseeing product development for the RTD and NRTD segments in Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. Earlier roles include Head of R&D Operations for the Tea & Coffee Business in India and New Product Development Manager, where Christopher delivered significant product innovations. Christopher began the career as a Senior Process Engineer at Tata Coffee, achieving notable advancements in production efficiency. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Calicut University.
