Mohammed Farooq is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry with a strong background in operations and business development. Currently, Mohammed serves as the Founder of Mithai Maharaja, a company dedicated to enhancing the Indian sweets market by delivering high-quality mithai globally. Before this venture, Mohammed held significant roles at ITC Limited, including Manager of Regional Operations for Cloud Kitchen & Offline Channel and Operations Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Zonal Head at Maverix Platforms Pvt. Ltd. where oversight encompassed multiple brands, and Regional Manager positions at Altazaj and Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd. Mohammed holds an Executive MBA in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Annamalai University and completed an undergraduate degree at Andhra Loyola College.
