Jon W.

Jon W. is a service delivery director at Itemize, where Jon manages global teams focused on delivering services to clients and works on process improvement. Prior to this, Jon was a service delivery manager at ECS Technology Solutions where Jon oversaw day-to-day operations. Jon also worked as a senior information technology project manager at Bryan Health and as a technical support manager at Dell Technologies. Jon currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Peru State College teaching business courses. Jon holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University and a Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
