Amber Xu

Amber Xu has extensive experience in engineering management and leadership, currently serving as a Director at Iterable since June 2020, following a progression from Senior Engineering Manager to Engineering Manager. Prior to Iterable, Amber held key positions at Dote Inc. as Head of Engineering and Lead Backend Engineer and Manager from August 2015 to February 2020. Additionally, Amber worked at Pocket Gems from August 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included Lead Analytics Engineer and Manager. Early career roles included Research Systems Intern at Tandent Vision Science, Inc. and various positions at Carnegie Mellon University, including Teaching Assistant for multiple courses. Education includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering, both obtained from Carnegie Mellon University.
