Ketaki Joshi

Ketaki Joshi is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and technical account management. Currently at Iterable since June 2023, Ketaki previously held the role of Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Clickatell from June 2014 to June 2023. Notable achievements include launching the world's first Chat Banking experience using WhatsApp Business API and developing comprehensive dashboards to enhance customer onboarding and performance tracking. Ketaki's career at Clickatell also involved leading a global Technical Account Management team and facilitating migration for over 100 customers to a new product, significantly increasing overall gross profit. Prior experience includes technical roles at Clickatell and positions at the University of San Francisco and Community Connections. Ketaki holds a Master’s degree in Internet Engineering from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
