Neil Smith has extensive experience in various technical support, sales engineering, and information technology roles. Currently serving as VP of Technical Support at Iterable, Neil is focused on building a strong technical support team. Prior to this, Neil held positions such as Director of Sales Engineering and Support at ClearSlide, and Director of Information Technology at RMG Networks. With a background in improvised music studies from San Jose State University, Neil has a diverse skill set and a track record of successfully managing technical and administrative systems.
