Boris Sokolov

Boris Sokolov is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in the fields of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and software development. Currently, Boris serves as the Director of Managed Services and Infrastructure at Modirum Platforms since March 2020, following a role as Head of Managed Services. Concurrently, Boris holds the position of Head of IT for CRM Software and HelpDesk at Makedonski Telekom AD, responsible for operations and development within these domains. Prior to this, Boris was instrumental at T-Mobile for nearly two decades, culminating in roles such as Head of IT CRM Software Office and Head of IT Customer Shared Services, overseeing the development of various critical IT systems. Boris's early career included positions in software development and database administration, supporting refugees and developing web applications. Boris holds a degree from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, completed in 1997.
