Nuria Martínez

Nuria Martínez is an experienced Talent Consulting Manager at IThinkUPC since January 2017, previously serving as a Talent Management Consultant at UPCnet from July 1999 to January 2017. Throughout their career, Nuria has specialized in advising both private and public sector organizations on professional development strategies, process re-engineering, and techno-pedagogical analysis in educational institutions. Additionally, expertise includes the selection and implementation of technological solutions to support learning processes, change management support, and the design of techno-pedagogical governance models. Early in their career, Nuria worked as an Analyst and Developer, focusing on virtual learning environments based on Moodle and instructional design for training courses. Educationally, Nuria holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, completed between 1995 and 2002.
