Hans van Mechelen

Hans Van Mechelen is an experienced R&D Director and Manager currently working at Itineris since January 2021, overseeing the full software development lifecycle of the UMAX solution for Europe's utility market. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Sopra Banking Software, where roles encompassed R&D Manager for banking platforms, R&D Program Manager for core banking system upgrades, Project Manager for customer implementations, Team Leader in the Professional Services department, and Software Engineer. Hans holds a Master’s degree in ICT & Electronics from Hogeschool Antwerpen and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
