Cody Whirl began their career in 2006 as a Press Office Assistant at New York University Office of Public Affairs. In 2010, they took on a role as Web Producer at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, in addition to their role as VP, Operations at ITK Information Services, where they were responsible for comprehensive daily and weekly news briefs, coverage tracking for press releases, and industry research to support PR professionals and corporate communications teams. Cody also helped streamline media report formatting and provided an online database of client news coverage through the company's SaaS web app.
