Academically, Ana Paula has earned an MBA in Talent Management and Human Behavior from Universidade Federal do Paraná and a bachelor’s degree in Administration with a focus on Quality Control from Universidade Estadual do Paraná, currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Estácio.
