David Mart has extensive experience in IT and system administration, with a career spanning from 1992 to 2022. At Aegon, David served as a Senior Desktop Analyst from 2011 to 2022, focusing on patch management for over 23,000 endpoints and resolving incident and problem tickets. Prior to that role, David was an Intermediate Workforce Support specialist at Aegon from 2007 to 2011, where responsibilities included software deployments and desktop support across multiple sites in the US and Europe. Earlier experience includes server support with TEKsystems, system administration and network technician roles at PMX Industries, and aviation maintenance as an airframe and powerplant mechanic. David holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation Maintenance from Indian Hills Community College.
