Naveed Iqbal is a seasoned technology specialist with extensive experience in manufacturing technology processes for aero-engine components at ITP Aero since December 2021. Previously, Iqbal held roles at the Institute for Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering, including Director of Studies for Postgraduate Research and Senior Lecturer, focusing on materials and manufacturing technologies. Experience also includes a senior project leader position at TWI Technology Centre, where Iqbal managed R&D projects across aerospace, nuclear, and automotive sectors. At the University of Manchester and Rolls Royce PLC, Iqbal led research programs on the structural integrity of aero engines and supervised postgraduate students. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from Delft University of Technology and multiple degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Physics from Quaid-e-Azam University.
