Prior to this role, Darlene worked as a Partner at Myriad Benefits from 2015 to January 2022 and as an Independent Business Owner at PowerBenefits from January 2015 to May 2019. Darlene also served as the VP Employee Benefits at Mountain Financial Group from August 2006 to May 2015, and as a Benefits Consultant at Forney Financial Solutions from 2002 to 2006. Darlene started their career as a District Manager at Aflac from January 1999 to September 2003. Darlene obtained their education from MiraCosta College from 1985 to 1988. Throughout their career, Darlene has always focused on providing exceptional customer experience across various industries.
