Art Manansala

Art Manansala is a Senior Manager in Technical Program Management at Itron, Inc. since July 2019, with extensive experience in quality assurance and agile program management. Prior roles include Senior QA Manager and Agile Program Manager at Ciena and Cisco Systems, where Art managed large QA teams and complex development programs across multiple teams. Art's contributions include leading a software team's transition from waterfall to agile methodologies and managing the delivery of significant hardware/software for major broadband companies. Additionally, Art developed a patented statistical multiplexing algorithm as a QA Manager at Motorola. Art holds associate degrees in Computer Science and Electronic Systems Technology, with educational experiences at De Anza College and California State University-Sacramento.
