Julia Dovnar has extensive experience in HR and recruitment roles. Julia is currently the Head of Recruitment at ITS Poland since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager at Softeq from March 2016 to July 2021. Before that, they worked at HES FinTech as an IT Recruiter/HR Manager from May 2015 to March 2016, and at Logic Way Inc. as an IT Recruiter/HR Manager from December 2012 to April 2015.
Julia Dovnar's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Belarusian State University, obtained between 2007 and 2012. Julia also pursued a Postgraduate Education Qualification in Advertising Management from an unknown institution, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. In 2015, they attended Digital Recruitment School for an unspecified period. Julia Dovnar is currently enrolled in Erickson Coaching International, expected to complete their studies in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a People Partner from Mike Pritula Academy in July 2021.
