Ryan Jay Lopez has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of service delivery and financial advising. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Coordinator at ITSM Corporation since May 2014, Ryan is responsible for Incident & Change Management and Support Account Management. Previously, Ryan held roles as Service Support Associate Team Lead and Service Desk Associate, focusing on team performance and service request management. Additionally, Ryan has been a Licensed Financial Advisor at Sunlife Financial of Canada (Philippines) Inc. since January 2019. Early career experience includes an on-the-job training position at DZCL Broadcasting Service 93.1 Sky Radio, where administrative and production support tasks were performed. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bicol University, completed in 2013.
