Amal Benbatti began their work experience in 2007 as an Analyst at TECH-IP. AMAL then joined Atos in 2008 as an Engineer for Analysis and Development, working on TMA projects for clients such as Société Générale (SG France) and SOGECAP-France. In 2010, Amal joined Temenos as a Technical Consultant in T24, responsible for technical implementation, parameterization, and post-deployment support. AMAL later became the Head of the Interfaces T24 & TFR domain, leading analysis workshops and detailed specifications. In 2016, Amal joined ITSS as a T24 Senior Business Analyst, handling evolutions, correction, and detailed functional specifications for BForBank in various areas including checks, SEPA transfers, TARGET transfers, DAV and Livret management, and monetization. In 2019, they became the Project and Service Manager at ITSS.

Amal Benbatti pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at University Jobs, where they obtained a Master's degree in Ingénierie des systèmes d'informations.
