Yuri Yermakov is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and DevOps, currently serving as Technical Team Lead and DevOps Engineer at PieSoft.US since September 2021. Prior to this role, Yuri worked as a Service Desk Engineer at ItSupportMe from September 2018 and held the position of Service Desk Analyst at Egar Technology between May 2010 and September 2018. Earlier career experience includes serving as System Administrator at РПУП "Гомельторгтехника" and Becker-System Belarus, where responsibilities included managing Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, and Citrix. Yuri holds a degree from Gomel'ski Dzjaržauny Medycynski Instytut, earned from 1998 to 2004, and completed musical education at Музкальная школа №1 города гомеля имени П.И.Чайковского from 1987 to 1994.
