Cathy H.

Cathy H. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development at ITT Inc. since February 2024, Cathy previously held the position of Sr. Manager of Corporate Strategy at Flex from October 2021 to February 2024. Prior roles include Innovation Manager at Danaher Corporation, and various strategy, marketing, and market development positions at Parker Hannifin, where Cathy contributed for over 13 years. Early career experience includes roles at Crowe Horwath International and Phillips 66. Cathy holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University.
