Mark MacAluso

Mark Macaluso is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investor relations, financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions. At ITT Inc., Mark served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Head of Global Communications from January 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Mark held multiple senior roles at Honeywell from November 2011 to January 2021, including Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed managing the strategic business group's financial planning for $11 billion in annual sales, and Vice President of Investor Relations, focusing on investor engagement and organizing high-profile investor events globally. Additionally, Mark has a background in corporate development and private equity through roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, as well as early experience at Arthur Andersen & Co.
