Ovan Oakley

Ovan Oakley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and career development. Currently serving as the Director of Emerging Talent and Inclusion at ITT Inc., Ovan has held multiple leadership roles within the company since February 2020, focusing on fostering inclusive workplace practices. Prior experience includes positions at Concordia College-New York, where Ovan developed career assistance programs and facilitated internship opportunities while managing vocational planning and advising services. Ovan also has experience in social media marketing and human resources, having held a part-time role at Strike-This and served as a Human Resources Assistant. Ovan holds a Master's Degree in Business Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Human Resources from Concordia College-New York.
