Timothy Ormsby

Timothy Ormsby currently serves as the Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at ITT Inc. and ITT Ventures, overseeing global M&A, strategic collaborations, and corporate venture capital investments. Since March 2021, Timothy has led large deal teams and coordinated with key stakeholders at ITT, including C-suite executives, business unit leads, outside counsel, and financial advisors. Prior to this role, Timothy held senior associate positions at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Timothy's legal career began as a litigation paralegal at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Université Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, alongside studies at the University of Virginia and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
