Barbara Arnoldussen, MBA, DBA, is an experienced academic and professional in the fields of business management and healthcare quality improvement. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Post University since June 2016, Barbara teaches competency-based MBA courses with a focus on entrepreneurial projects in healthcare. Concurrently, Barbara has been an Adjunct Professor at International Technological University since September 2009, instructing MBA and DBA students in leadership and strategic management while earning the Distinguished Faculty Award in 2013. With a background as an Independent Contractor writing and editing business management resources, Barbara also held positions at Stanford University as CQI Associate Director focusing on research compliance and at Stanford Hospital & Clinics as CQI Director overseeing quality improvement efforts. Barbara holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from International Technological University, an MBA from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University.
