Dorthe Håhr Dupont

Dorthe Håhr Dupont is an experienced professional in leadership development and strategic business transformation. Currently serving as the Learning Lead at Nordea since May 2005, Dorthe oversees the development and implementation of strategic learning and development plans linked to workforce strategies, while managing budgets. Previous roles at Nordea include Head of Group Nordea Ventures and Strategic People Business Partner, Digital & Transformation, where leadership and mentorship were key responsibilities. Dorthe also contributes to academia as a lecturer at IT-Universitetet i København and Copenhagen Business School, and holds advisory positions with organizations such as NOCA and Nordic Future Innovation. With an extensive background in management, including CEO of danbolig and Retail Region Manager at Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Danmark A/S, Dorthe's education includes a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University and various executive programs from renowned institutions.
