Søren Duus Østergard

Søren Duus Østergard is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as CFO and co-founder of Duus Partners P/S since September 2013, alongside Anders Duus Østergaard. In addition, Søren is a co-founder and CFO of SafeGDPR IVS, and has been a member of the board of representatives for Fonden Teknologirådet since June 2013. As an external lecturer at the IT University of Copenhagen, Søren teaches e-Government and Digital Governance at the master's level. Furthermore, Søren holds an associated member position with EA Fellows and acts as an expert evaluator for security and privacy with the European Commission. As the owner of duus.com and founder of duus.communications ApS, Søren has extensive experience in IT management consulting and multimedia publishing. Previously, Søren spent four decades at IBM, eventually becoming a senior eGovernment advisor for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
