Jesse Gruber is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at ITW Food Equipment Group since October 2019, Jesse oversees the design and management of various food equipment devices, focusing on innovation, compliance, and new product development. Prior to this role, Jesse founded and served as CTO at JAEB Designs, managing product lines and engineering processes from sourcing to manufacturing. Previous experience includes positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hennessy Industries and IntelliTrak, and a summer intern at Rehrig Pacific Company, where Jesse contributed to mechanical design and project management. Jesse holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami University.
