Tom Fink is a highly experienced electrical and design engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Design Engineer III at ITW Food Equipment Group since January 2023, Fink focuses on retail food equipment. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer 3 at Regal Rexnord, where qualification testing was a key responsibility, and Staff Electrical Engineer at United Technologies, which involved performing gap analyses and leading investigations into field failures. Fink previously held positions at ITW Food Equipment Group and Hobart Food Equipment and Service, where significant contributions were made in electrical, electronic, and firmware development for commercial dishwashing and weighing equipment. Fink earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and has completed continuing education at Sinclair Community College.
