Bertrand Julien-Laferrière is a recognized real estate professional, in France and abroad, who has broad and varied experience in the field of offices, shopping centers and hotels and who has been able to exercise management responsibilities in a wide variety of universes.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Julien-Laferrière has been able to hold general management positions in major listed companies such as Unibail-Rodamco, leader in commercial real estate with more than 40 billion euros in fixed assets in Europe or as Société Foncière Lyonnaise, specialist in office property with a portfolio of more than 4 billion euros in the center of Paris. Before devoting himself for two years to advisory and director activities, Mr. Julien-Laferrière successfully set up and developed the pan-European real estate investment fund activity of Ardian, one of the largest private investment companies. in Europe.

Previously, Mr. Julien-Laferrière was able to carry out executive management activities within the Accor Hotels Group, Club Méditerranée and CGW Gestion d'Actifs and managed Ricardo Bofill Architects, a world-renowned architectural firm active in the whole world.

Mr. Julien-Laferrière is an engineer by training, graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, holds a Master of Science from UC Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Insead.
