Guenhaëlle Surpas-Lemonnier

Guenhaëlle Surpas-Lemonnier serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Ivanhoé Cambridge since February 2008, focusing on overseeing corporate transactions and capital markets operations globally across Europe, Asia, and North America. Previously held the role of Senior Director in Legal Affairs, managing real estate investment and finance initiatives across various sectors. In May 2024, Guenhaëlle assumed the position of Senior Director of Legal Affairs at La Caisse (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), leading a cross-functional legal team handling transactions related to investment funds and finance worldwide. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel, specializing in real estate finance. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in International Business, Trade & Family Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master’s degree in Law from Université Paris Nanterre, alongside ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
