Prior to this role, Pierre held various executive positions at African Rainbow Minerals Limited, ARM Copper, Anglo Platinum, Grinaker-LTA, and Anglo American, gaining extensive experience in mining operations and management. Pierre holds a B.Eng in Mining from the University of Pretoria and has pursued further education in Industrial Relations and Management Development.

The reportable segments are engaged in the development of mineral properties in South Africa; exploration and development of mineral properties through a joint venture in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); and the upgrading of mining infrastructure and refurbishment of a mine in the DRC respectively.
