William Hayden

William Hayden is an experienced business professional with a background in governance, management consulting, and infrastructure development. William has served on the boards of various companies in South Africa, including the Development Bank of Southern Africa, Sephaku Holdings Ltd, and Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. The reportable segments are engaged in the development of mineral properties in South Africa; exploration and development of mineral properties through a joint venture in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); and the upgrading of mining infrastructure and refurbishment of a mine in the DRC respectively.
