Kathy Hrach has extensive work experience in product and marketing management. From October 2013 to February 2016, they served as a Product Manager at IVANS Insurance Solutions. Kathy then progressed to become the Director of Product Management from February 2016 to July 2019. Kathy further advanced their career at IVANS as the Senior Director of Product Management from July 2019 to March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product Management at IVANS, starting in March 2020. Prior to their time at IVANS, Kathy worked at Media Cybernetics, Inc. as a Marketing Manager from September 2000 to June 2007 and as a Product Manager from June 2007 to October 2013.
Kathy Hrach obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of North Dakota in 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Product Management Certification from Pragmatic Marketing in 2012.
