Ben Small

Ben Small currently serves as Vice President of GTM Strategy at Ivanti, a role begun in August 2025. Prior to this, Ben held several leadership positions including Vice President of CX Operations and Analytics, and Vice President of Global Theater Operations at Sophos from June 2023 to August 2025. At NWN Corporation, Ben was Vice President of Recurring Revenue, overseeing operations related to cloud, managed service, and subscription revenue. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director/Chief of Staff of Field Operations at Avaya, where Ben developed go-to-market strategies and led revenue operations in North America. Ben has also worked in various roles at Oracle, Strategic Products and Services, Lucier CPA, Inc., and MassMutual, gaining expertise in cloud services, customer success, operations management, and financial advisory. Ben earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Rhode Island in 2006.
