Marc Torns is a Quality Assurance Technician at iVascular since March 2020, specializing in the manufacture of medical devices in compliance with MDR, MDSAP, and ISO13485 standards. Prior to this role, extensive experience at Eurofins spanned from November 2013 to March 2020, including positions as QC Laboratory Supervisor and Biomonitoring Specialist, where responsibilities included quality control testing under various regulatory standards and supervision of the Facility Services Department. Marc also served in multiple quality control roles at Eurofins and PharmaMar, with focus on environmental microbiological monitoring and preservative system evaluations. Academic qualifications include advanced studies in sanitary products and quality systems, complemented by a Master's degree in Advanced Microbiology and a Licenciate in Biology with a microbiology specialization from prestigious institutions in Barcelona.
