Justen Sharp has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Justen began their career in 1998 as a TAC Support Technician at CompUSA, where they gained experience in handling warranties and troubleshooting Windows issues. In 2000, they joined Accord as a Software Tester, where they beta tested MGC software Version 2.2. This role introduced him to the video/audio conferencing industry. In 2001, they joined IVCi as a Sr Product Support Engineer, where they handled pre and post-sales engineering for network designs, infrastructure products, VC systems, and management products. Justen also provided escalated support for the IVCi Helpdesk team and maintained infrastructure products and networks for the IVCi MCS team.

Justen Sharp attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Computer Science. Justen then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Farmingdale State College, from 2004 to 2010.
