Sergio Zen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of M&H ZEV Product Engineering at Iveco Group since November 2021, Zen previously held the position of Head of Light Commercial Vehicle Product Engineering at CNH Industrial from June 2016 to November 2021, where leadership of engineering teams focused on diverse vehicle design was emphasized. Earlier roles include Chief Engineer for Light Commercial Vehicles and SW Development Director at Iveco, where significant contributions led to a complete redesign of the IVECO Daily line-up, earning the VAN of the Year 2015 award, as well as advancements in diagnostic software design acknowledged as industry excellence. Prior to this, Zen gained management experience as General Manager at D'ALMA and held various technical roles at Fiat Auto and Centro Ricerche Fiat, driving innovations in electrical and electronic systems, including the introduction of CAN network communication. Education was completed at Politecnico di Torino, where foundational expertise was developed.
