Jake Sherman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, quality, and regulatory management. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence, Quality & Regulatory at Avantor, Sherman leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and acts as Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President. As a co-founder and Director of Food 4 Kids since 2009, Sherman has been instrumental in addressing food insecurity among children in Southwestern Ontario. Sherman’s tenure at 3M included roles such as Global Process Owner for Logistics Quality and Head of Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation, where contributions spanned service quality initiatives and Lean Six Sigma deployment. Additionally, Sherman is a lecturer at Ivey Business School, sharing insights in operations with aspiring business leaders. Educational achievements include an MBA and HBA from Ivey Business School and a BA in Computer Science from Western University.
