Shirley Zhong serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Xatoms since January 2024 and is also involved with the Ivey Business School at Western University as part of the Undergraduate Summer Research Internships program. In addition, Shirley holds the position of Campus Director for the Hult Prize Foundation, successfully launching the first post-pandemic Hult Prize competition at Ivey Business School. As a Fellow of The Cansbridge Fellowship, Shirley participated in a prestigious program designed for top Canadian students. Prior professional experiences include roles as a Business Analyst at FireSwarm Solutions Inc., an AI Software Engineer at Flicfit, and a Full Stack Software Engineer at Laurelspace. Educational achievements include an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School, a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Western University, and summer study abroad at Sciences Po.

It offers full-time undergraduate (HBA), MBA, MSc, and PhD programs and also maintains two teaching facilities in Toronto and Hong Kong for its EMBA and executive development programs.
