Michael Rios has extensive experience in technical support and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and previously as a Technical Support Specialist at IVR Technology Group since June 2019, Michael's expertise includes overseeing technical operations. Prior roles encompass positions such as Packing Supervisor at Culinary Arts Specialty, Shipping Supervisor at Ahold USA American Sales Company, and Co-Owner/Manager at Certified Clothing Co, where responsibilities included art direction, screen printing, marketing, and sales. Additionally, Michael held the role of Production Supervisor at MOD-PAC Corp from 2002 to 2011. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and a focus on Graphic Arts and Graphic Design from Erie Community College.
