Ilesha Sherrer is an experienced educator currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Dual Credit Instructor for Anatomy and Physiology at Ivy Tech Community College and as a Biomedical Innovations and IB Biology Instructor for MSD of Lawrence Township, where the focus is on preparing students for STEM careers. Ilesha also holds a position at Marian University Indianapolis, teaching pre-service teachers about best practices in math and science. With a strong background in student program coordination at institutions such as the Indiana University School of Medicine and the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center, Ilesha has extensive experience supporting independent scientific research. Ilesha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hampton University and a Master of Science in Medical Science from Indiana University School of Medicine, along with additional certifications and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Higher Education Leadership at Indiana State University.
